Session Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation Required: You must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of that session credit.
- Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled using the provided calendar link and must be used within 2 months from the date of purchase.
- Attendance: You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Late arrivals will not extend session time.
Investment & Refunds
- No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of this coaching work and immediate access to digital resources, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
- Package Duration: Your two-month access period begins immediately upon purchase.
Communication
- Voxer Response Times: Messages are answered Monday-Thursday, 9AM-5PM, with occasional weekend responses based on availability.
