What desire came forward in the meditation? Describe it — what did it look like, feel like, sound like?

Where did you find the resistance in your body? What was the sensation — its texture, color, weight?

What did the resistance say when you got curious about it? What is its message?

What is the resistance protecting you from? Does that protection still serve you?

What would it look like to move toward the desire anyway — with the resistance present, not waiting for it to disappear?
