I am an energy healer, intuitive mentor, and Reiki practitioner.
I hold space at the thresholds, where you're standing at the edge of change, but uncertain in how to move forward. My work lives at the intersection of energy healing and self-trust, helping women remember their own magic, innate power, and inner wisdom.
I've walked this path myself—shedding old conditioning, facing my shadows, and discovering how our unhealed patterns keep us stuck in the past, blocking the future we're trying to build. When I hold space for groups, I bring all of it: the ritual, the rawness, and the permission to be exactly where you are.
